What is Network Spinal Analysis (NSA)?

NSA is the core clinical system we use at Well & Wild.

NSA is an evidence-based approach to wellness and body awareness that has evolved from the chiropractic profession. Gentle, precise touch to your spine helps cue your brain to create new wellness promoting strategies. The hallmark of NSA care is the development of two unique spinal waves. These ‘healing waves’ are associated with the spontaneous release of spinal and life tensions, and the use of existing tension as fuel for spinal re-organisation and enhanced well-being.

NSA care helps you recover from pain and injuries quickly and easily, adapt to stress and challenges more effectively, and develop greater self-awareness and conscious awakening of the relationships between your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. NSA care is advanced through a series of three levels, each one producing specific new abilities to help you adapt to the environment, make healthier life choices, enjoy life, and develop a healthier spine.

Benefits of Network Care

“Network Care has a direct effect on client self reported wellness which is twice that expected from healthy lifestyle practices (exercise, risk avoidance, optimal food choices). Network Care also has a major indirect effect on wellness by promoting healthy lifestyle choices.”

– R.H. Blanks, Ph.D., Professor of Anatomy and Neurobiology, University of California, Irvine

Research has shown evidence for five categories of reliable, measurable results with Network Spinal Analysis, also known as Network Care:
