About Well & WIld

Well & Wild was born in 2005, when we combined our two individual Network Spinal Analysis chiropractic practices and our shared vision for healing and a different kind of care.
We both practiced as licensed chiropractors for nearly two decades. Over time, our work deepened beyond the scope chiropractic care into the realm of deep embodied healing, nervous system resilience, and personal growth.
For over 20 years we have worked together side by side, combining our experience, intuition, and clinical understanding to support people of all ages, from newborns to retirees.
Our foundation includes extensive education in Chiropractic and full certification in Network Spinal Analysis. Along the way, we recognised that what we were truly offering was not treatment — but healing and transformation.

Today, we no longer practice as licensed chiropractors.
We do not perform chiropractic adjustments or spinal manipulation.
We do not treat injuries or medical conditions directly.
We do not accept ACC.

Instead, we work exclusively as healing facilitators — guiding your spine and nervous system toward greater adaptability, resilience, and healing capacity.

Research & Clinical Contribution

Our work is grounded in both experience and evidence. We have authored and published three peer-reviewed clinical case studies in scientific journals, contributing to the growing body of research exploring the outcomes of Network Spinal–based care. These studies are available on our website for those who wish to understand more about the clinical foundations of our approach. We honour science — and we honour lived experience.

Well & Wild Living

We divide our time between Doubtless Bay in the Far North and Auckland’s North Shore.
Our offerings include embodied healing sessions at our Milford clinic, as well as immersive experiences at our private healing retreat in Doubtless Bay — a space designed for depth, restoration, and expansion.
Living between these two environments mirrors our work: grounded and spacious, structured and free.

Why Well & Wild?

Because becoming well is healing. And becoming wild is expanding into your full potential
Our role is not to fix you.It is to support your nervous system in remembering its capacity — to heal, to adapt, to grow.
We would be honoured to walk that path with you.
